Ps4 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the ps4 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering or using any part of the ps4 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required to discontinue use of the ps4 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and ps4 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes. ps4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time, and notice of any changes will be published on this page.
The ps4 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to enter into this agreement under applicable Malaysian law.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one account on the ps4 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full name, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. ps4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents for regulatory compliance purposes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether authorised or not. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify the ps4 support team immediately through the provided channels.
- Only one account is permitted per user.
- Your password must be kept confidential at all times.
- Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Ps4 platform users are responsible for ensuring that all use of the platform complies with applicable Malaysian law. You agree not to use this platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose that could cause loss to other users or to ps4.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
- Attempting to cheat the system or exploit technical errors for unfair advantage.
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to interact with the platform.
- Distributing offensive, harmful, or unlawful content through the platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or compromising system security.
Ps4 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the ps4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including bank transfers through FPX and approved local e-wallets.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are from legitimate sources and are their own personal funds. ps4 does not accept third-party deposits. Any attempt to process payments using unauthorised methods or through third parties may result in funds being frozen and the account being closed.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to security checks and verification procedures as set by ps4. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method. ps4 reserves the right to delay withdrawals that require additional verification for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.
Any fees or charges associated with a payment method are the user's responsibility and may be imposed by the relevant third-party payment service provider, not by ps4.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The ps4 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ps4 makes no warranty that the platform will operate uninterrupted, be free of errors, or meet any specific user expectations. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, ps4 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of anticipated winnings.
All content, designs, source code, logos, text, graphics, and visual elements on the ps4 platform are the intellectual property of ps4 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without explicit written permission from ps4.
The ps4 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and ps4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any linked third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy: Suspension & Closure
Ps4 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by legal authorities. In cases where a suspension is confirmed to have been made in error, ps4 will endeavour to restore the account promptly. Any legitimate funds in a closed account will be processed for return in accordance with established procedures, subject to the required compliance checks.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ps4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to users. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically to stay informed of the current conditions of use.
Any material changes that significantly affect user rights will be announced through the platform's official communication channels, including in-account notifications or email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after such amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. The official language of these terms is Bahasa Malaysia, and any translation is provided for convenience only.
